Dom Viper, former DEPD and reported rapist on his way to cause trouble.

The Dead End Police Department has had a rather rough weekend.  Between the stolen SWAT vehicle worth nearly a quarter of a million dollars being scrapped, officers being attacked, the police Chief’s “home movie” nearly being played for the entire city, the dildo delivery and then of course there is the paint.  Vibrant pink paint. The sort of thing Bean Newport would do. This time, however surprisingly, she didnt.

According to CCTV footage from both outside and inside the DEPD building a tall dark haired man, identified as former Officer Dom Viper, pulled off the prank.  Using his old uniform and some ingenuity and wiles Viper managed to get himself into the DEPD where he placed a large pint sized can on each of the dozen desks in the squad room and then after a bit of lurking and lingering,  some falsified documents and clever tricks made his way back outside before detonating the paint cans.   The pink paint covered walls, floor and ceiling as well as furniture, computers and personal items doing thousands and thousands of dollars worth of damage.

dom ViperThis attack on the DEPD was of course a foolish misstep by Mr. Viper as it gave the police reason to look into him and the evidence that he’d left in the station. That hard look at the man that “Pranked” the police department turned up information that Mr. Viper.  According to a source inside the DEPD Mr. Viper has been up to no good all over the city recently.  Weeks ago when the ships collided it is reported that he showed up at the safety barricade in a hazmat suit pretending first to be police and then later to be from the EPA though both were found to be false.  In the process his prints and ID were collected. A DNA search also turned up evidence that Mr. Dom Viper raped a local police officer, Asuka Dylassari-Bellic.

As a result of the overwhelming amount of evidence against Mr. Viper, an APB was put out and police officers were put on high alert.  The APB however is not how Mr. Viper was caught.  A chance happenstance put one of DEPD’s finest in line behind Mr. Viper in the Red Herring.  When Detective Cas Whitesong attempted to arrest Mr. Viper a fight broke out in the popular coffee shop .  In the end Mr. Viper was arrested with minimal injury and currently faces charges of Domestic terrorism, Rape, Vandalism, Impersonating a police officer, assault on a police officer as well as weapons charges.  Digital crimes may soon be added.  Arrested and awaiting trial Mr. Viper was unavailable to give a statement as to what prompted this war against those meant to keep our city safe.
