As anyone will tell you, mixing recreational drugs with painkillers is a dangerous cocktail.  That’s exactly what happened to Sugar Rush owner, Sharebear Xaris just last night.  From what we’ve been able to ascertain, thanks to a source in the DEMH, Ms. Xaris was at Lulu’s along with her boyfriend and owner of the new Fresh Foods Market when she began vomiting on the ground.  Minutes later, she was out cold.  Fortunately, DEMH Doctor Aedan Macaroy happened to be in the bar and sprang into action, driving the woman and her boyfriend to the hospital.  She was quickly stabilized and placed in a recovery room for overnight rest and observation.  So, what caused the sudden overdose?

While she was at Lulu’s with Thomas, she was spotted popping a few sparkly gummy bears which, once extracted from her stomach and examined were found to have been laced with both Xanax and Ecstasy.  However, that was not the sole cause of her problems.  It was also discovered she had taken multiple Percocet painkilling pills prior to heading out for her night of intended fun.  The reason, the doctor’s discovered was to deal with the pain of two recent stab wounds to her stomach.  The wounds had been noticed by the attending physicians, Dr. Macaroy and nurse Luccy Sands but there had been no record on file of the DEMH performing the stitching.  To their surprise, Thomas, Share’s own boyfriend, admitted to the nurse he had been the one who stabbed the poor woman.  His reasoning stemmed from alcoholism that seems to bring out a rather violent side. Other than pure rage, what caused the man to take a few swipes at his girlfriend is unknown but upon hearing the news, Nurse Sands alerted hospital security who quickly surrounded the man until a DEPD Officer arrived to take him to the station for further questioning.  At press time, we have not yet gotten an update as to his status.
