Fire Chief Latest Victim of ” the Huntsman”
Chief Mela Dylasari-Bellic, a favorite amongst crazies, kidnappers and rapists was recently found strung up between the electronic doors of the Icky Quickie by the city’s latest mad man. The fire chief it appears had been grabbed from the local convience store hours before, possibly drugged and hauled off into the sewers. Though the exact whereabouts in the sewers is currently known, what is clear is that the madman calling himself the ” Huntsman” is not yet done creating carnage in Dead End.
“Not much to tell you, ma’am. Risk and i were headed up to the Quickie to grab something to drink, and low and behold, can’t get in because there’s a naked woman strung up in the doorway. So i called 911. The cops showed up just after i approached her to see if she was alive. Threatened to tase me for helping. So i walked away. Not my business, if the local fuzz want to be a bunch of assholes. Heaven forbid somebody stop the damn bleeding before she dies. ” -Anonymous would be hero
According to Dylasari-Bellic she can remember little of what happened to her, though she did remember that the attacker called himself ” the Huntsman” and further made it clear that he was seeking notoriety and had no intentions of stopping. While the Daily has reported on two cases, there are rumors that one, possibly two more had taken place though at this time the DEPD will neither confirm nor deny. Amongst those rumors is talk of a young woman, strapped to a cross across the road from the Red Herring on the 22nd. According to witnesses the dazed young woman could only remember working in the pizza slut and then coming to on the cross, however the young woman believed her attacker to be a mask wearing female. Does the “Huntsman ” have an accomplice? Is this a copycat?
Currently there is no known photo of the attacker. Police report that the grainy CCTV footage from the Icky Quickie is essentially useless and can only barely discern that the fire chief was grabbed by a dark figure standing approximately 6’2″ and wearing a dark hood. Extensive CSU work further suggests that the man wore gloves as no fingerprints were found anywhere. A discussion with a reputable member of the mental health industry here in Dead End whom wishes to remain anonymous stated ” The attacker is likely impotent, uneducated and unable to connect with his fellow man and thus acts out in violent ways to get attention. ”
With little to go on in the way of evidence, or suspects it is only a matter of time before ” the Huntsman” strikes again. As always in times of crises the DEPD suggests that you avoid going out at night, and if you must to travel in groups of two or more. Carry your cellphone and be prepared to call for help, avoid allies and poorly lit areas and if you see anything at all suspicious don’t hesitate to call 911. Stay Safe Dead Enders, Stay Safe.
