Rape survivor Kodi

In a past article, it was noted that Dead End stands with the highest reports of rape per capita in the state.  Due to the small size of the city and the amount of sexual assault, it would stand to reason that a fair number of sexual deviants are roaming our fair city.  Thankfully, not all of them are successful in their attempts to defile the women of our town.  One such survivor made her way into the DEPD around noon on Sunday.  It turns out she had been near Dick’s Halfway Inn down in the Red Light District some time before.  According to her story, another girl, whose name is currently unknown had called out for help when “Kodi” hurried over to see the girl cuffed to a bed, in the midst of being raped by a man and offered a trade, herself for the helpless victim.

Now, in a precarious position herself, Kodi luckily found a way to safety when her attacker turned his back for a moment.  Smartly, she made her way to the DEPD to report the crime rather than keep it quiet, which sadly, happens far too often.  The man responsible is said to be between 5’7 and 6’5, have a very pale complexion, with black hair and a black suit, also wears gloves and carries a briefcase.  Whether this pale , briefcase carrying man in gloves is the same man as the one that reportedly works in the DA’s office and spends his time wandering the city taking pictures of it’s citizens and businesses while people are for the most part unaware, is not currently known though they do share several similar attributes and one can only assume the DEPD will be questioning the law clerk if they have not already.
