Unidentified woman

A young woman ” Believed” to be called Loki was spotted on one of Dead End’s bridges climbing up the supports.  Officer Seth Rascon and Rookie Officer Alsop spent several minutes trying to coax the young lady down before Officer Rascon decided to climb up after her.  Working without a safety harness the Officer climbed up after the young woman only to fall, with her to the ground below.

Whether ” Loki” was struggling and caused the fall,  or was simply high on something and unaware is uncertain. What is clear is that once it was ascertained everyone was mostly uninjured Officer Alsop searched ” Loki” and found a quantity of marijuana on her person.  ” Loki” was briefly detained and eventually made bail, though is expected to be in court early next month to face charges of resisting arrest,  possession and trespassing.
