as initial calls to 911 brought about no responders, the women sought out help from passer by’s.  As luck would have it, another woman offered assistance and ended up performing an emergency tracheotomy on the downed officer.  Who the woman is or how she had such knowledge is in question as she was long gone by the time EMTs did arrive.  Ms Lynn was quickly stabilized and transferred to the DEMH for evaluation.

While the attacker fled the scene before NPC cops Hugh Jass and Ophelia Balls arrived on scene.  The man was described as being roughly seven feet tall  with a dark complexion, brown hair and eyes.  He had tattoos on his arms and several piercings on his face as well. His name, whereabouts and motive in this attack are all currently unknown.  If you recognize the man in that photo, please contact the DEPD or DE Daily immediately.
