On Saturday afternoon, one is left dead after attacking a group of women outside of Dick’s Halfway Inn.

Dead End resident, Brenda Sanchez reportedly posed as an Inn employee and offered drinks to the guests sitting outside, which they accepted.  It was later learned that the drinks were drugged, and local business owner, Lyssandra Ritter was the target.

As the drug took effect, Ms. Ritter reportedly attempted to induce vomiting so that she may expel the toxic drink.  As she kneels on the ground, witnesses state that the deceased then reportedly attempted to cause bodily harm with a chain saw.  With the fast actions of Ms. Ritter, and a little bit of luck she was able to evade her attacks, sustaining only a laceration to her leg.

Ritter, Aided by her wife, Rhoslyn were able to subdue the attacker, though at a cost.  Brenda lost her life in the incident as Lyssandra and Rhoslyn used knives to defend themselves.  Currently, the incident is under investigation by the police.
