A masked Lyssandra Ritter and Unknown Suspect outside of the Red Herring

DEPD responded to a recent attack within the Red Herring, by two masked figures on January 25th. Officers Roxy Smythe and Jack Jameston responded to a disturbance at the Herring and upon police arrival, two masked figures were seen trying to leave but when they observed both officers on the scene, they ran back inside, attempting to escape. Police surrounded the building and when they tried to make an escape out the front window, police were waiting. Suspect Lyssandra Ritter was apprehended after she surrendered and the other suspect is unknown at this time and is wanted by DEPD.

Ms. Ritter was charged with one count of Assault with a Deadly Weapon, one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, one count of Resisting Arrest, one count of Conspiracy and one count of Domestic Terrorism. The evidence that was recovered at the scene were knives, knuckle duster, 4 poison needles, antidote, painkiller, disinfectant and a baseball bat. Victim NPC Franco suffered minor injuries. It is unknown at this time why they were in there. Per a statement from Mr. Franco:

“The two people that were there stated they were looking for Andi Waters…..I don’t know why”.

The second suspect at this time is suspected to be a female. There are no additional witnesses to the incident at this time.
