The Pawn Shop Dedicates Auction Proceeds to Dead End Memorial Hospital

Today was a joyous moment at Dead End Memorial Hospital. Our reporter was present when Miss Xelan Morgath of the Pawn Shop handed the staff of our city hospital a check for a generous $18,671.50 as a result of the recently held charity event at the Pawn Shop. A representative from the board of directors and the chief of surgery received the check and both said a few words of gratitude. They also spoke about their concern that there is such a shortage of staff lately as a lot of physicians and surgeons have left.

Miss Morgath later stated that she was pleasantly surprised by the generosity of the citizens of our city and that it might be a sign of growing community awareness in the city. She also said that since the Pawn Swap Party Auction Event was such a success that she plans to hold one every year.
