Cassiel West Only a few days ago, Cassiel West, owner and operator of Spunk in Dead End’s red light district had been reported missing by Lulu’s owner, Kyo Niimura. As it turns out, Ms. West had been brazenly abducted right out of Lulu’s with the kidnapping in full view of the bar’s CCTV cameras and any of its patrons who, curiously failed to report the crime.
