Post Explosion Pests Plague City

Several areas around town have become ” home” to the rat population. One such seems to be the construction area across from the Daily offices. On March 29th around 9pm the two ships that had collided in front of the Dead End docks.  On those ships were two full crews, all of which sadly succumbed to the toxic fumes, two full cargo holds of goods that were eventually exploded all over Dead end and one more thing that no one took into consideration.
